Shipping Policy

How your gifts reach you

Every gift is checked, wrapped with care, and dispatched quickly — especially when the calendar is counting down to Christmas.

1. Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

During peak holiday weeks, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Order by the Holiday Cut-Off

To help your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, place your order at least 10 business days before the date you need it. We dispatch promptly, but carrier demand and winter weather can cause delays outside our control.

3. Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. After dispatch, estimated delivery is:

• Standard Shipping: 15 to 30 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, and seasonal demand may occasionally extend delivery.

4. Carriers

We ship through tracked services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier and tracking link are shown in your shipping confirmation email.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees set by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.

6. Address Accuracy

Once an order ships it cannot be redirected. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier first. Still stuck? Email service@coolshooz.com with your order number and tracking details, and we'll do our best to help.
